APRIL 2005 ON TCM - COMEDY MONDAYS

Mondays in April, the comedy stars fill the day on TCM starting with Keystone Films on Monday April 4th, with Charley Chase, Mabel Normand, Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle, Charlie Chaplin and even one of Chaplin's favorite, Max Linder.

Chaplin and Purviance take the spotlight on Monday April 11th, with a full day of Chaplin Films starting at 6 AM eastern with films like, 'Chaplin at Keystone Studios', 'The Kid' at 7:45 AM eastern, a dramatic break with 'A Woman of Paris' 10 AM eastern, the documentary "Charlie" Life and Art of Charles Chaplin" 2:15 PM, ending the day with 'The Great Dictator' at 6 PM eastern.

Chaplin is followed by an evening of Buster Keaton films, starting at 8 PM eastern April 11th.

Chaplin finishes the month on Monday April 25th, 6AM eastern, with a guest cameo appearance in the great King Vidor 1928 silent comedy 'Show People' starring Marion Davies.
